| RCSC Series Power Finesse Model Featuring 3.5mm Plate

A newly designed Power Finesse model.
The handle’s effective length is available in three sizes: 82mm, 86mm, and 90mm.
Unlike the RC-SC EX PLUS, which pursues maximum torque, the RC-SC POWER FINESSE was developed under a different concept.
A Power Finesse handle pursuing extreme sensitivity, lightweight construction, and strength is now complete.




| About the Effective Length

Power finesse fishing with baitcasting reels continues to evolve each year as fields become tougher.
In response, we propose three effective handle lengths: 82mm, 86mm, and 90mm.
82mm and 86mm are designed for styles prioritizing sensitivity in slow situations such as jig or worm presentations.
90mm is designed to deliver the required performance for minnows, jerkbaits, and small crankbaits.


| About the Plate Thickness

To instantly drive a thick-gauge hook into the hard mouth of a monster fish during hook-set, plate flex must be completely eliminated.
For this purpose, we produced a 3.5mm-thick plate made by high-pressure bonding a newly developed high-rigidity carbon prepreg sheet into a crank shape.


| About the New R24L Monocoque Carbon Knob

The Power Finesse-exclusive handle knob newly released this time is the redesigned R24L (overall length 47mm).
We designed this new knob shape to offer lightweight performance, an outline that allows instant gripping, and the sensitivity to detect even subtle underwater changes.
For the shaft, instead of the robust 5φ shaft used in the RCSC EX Series, we adopted a standard-spec SUS 4φ shaft for the RCSC POWER FINESSE.


| About the Mounting Method to the Reel Body

By adopting a newly designed center nut with an increased contact area and SUS parts that sandwich the back of the plate, the reel body shaft threads now engage deeper, increasing holding strength and further enhancing sensitivity and rigidity.
