Five frequently used sizes for lure fishing—88mm, 92mm, 96mm, 102mm, and 108mm—have been renewed.

The RCSC EX PLUS is available in 102mm, 108mm, and 118mm.
These sizes have been sufficient for lure fishing, but the new 118mm is specially designed for deep cranking and other applications with extremely high winding resistance.
The R29XXL extends the overall length of the power game standard R29XL by 5mm.
This model maintains the trusted performance of the R29XL while enhancing torque for big bait and cover fishing applications.
It delivers precise control for 3-8oz class mid-size swim baits and big baits, power cranking with lip-equipped big baits with strong winding resistance, and lateral jerking of 10-20oz class giant baits.
It excels in scenarios requiring delicate approaches to large targets and instant power application upon hookup.
Torque is essential in cover games and structure jungle environments surrounded by concrete, bridge piers, and bushes, making a high-torque knob indispensable.

After eight years, the handle mounting system and back plate components have been updated.
The newly adopted center nut with a wider contact area allows for deeper thread engagement with the reel.
Compared to previous models, this improves hold strength, sensitivity, and rigidity.
As a result, a retainer to prevent nut loosening is no longer required.
The plate is made from a high-rigidity carbon prepreg sheet, pressed into a crank shape under high pressure.
Additionally, the STANDARD PLUS logo has been redesigned for this model.
Instead of the standard 4mm diameter shaft, a robust 5mm diameter SUS shaft designed for saltwater use has been adopted for enhanced rigidity.
