We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations due to customer preferences.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact information below.
We will provide return instructions separately.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer in principle.
In some exceptional cases (such as critical shipping errors on our side), we may offer special support.

- Items that have been modified or damaged by the customer
- Items that have been used even once
