| Product Description

These are replacement parts to convert the 2-point centrifugal brake (part #19372), used in the ULTRACAST Design Spool, to a 4-point brake.
By installing brake blocks in four positions, braking power can be increased compared to the genuine 2-point brake, and the adjustment range becomes larger.
Three types of brake blocks of different sizes (two of each) are included. Please use according to your preference.

[Note]
ULTRACAST models released in recent years that use the bakelite 2-point brake (#1366399) are not compatible, as the pinion gear shape is different. Please check the part number on the exploded diagram included with your reel before ordering.

| Installation Method



1. Remove the spool from the reel.

2. Remove the wire C-ring and take off the brake unit.
Be careful not to lose the bearing.




3. Replace the brake unit with this product.
Attach either the included brake blocks or the genuine bakelite brake blocks.




4. Adjust the number and size of the brake blocks as needed.
When assembling, brake blocks that protrude will not fit inside the frame, so push them inward.
Also compatible with Avail Magnetic Brake Microcast Brake CR2 (CL2).

| Non-Compatible Reels



Not compatible with reels that have spools shaped as shown above.




Reels with 6-point brake (#1116726) are not compatible due to different spool attachment method.
