How to use

This product requires the porting of the "mechanical brake washer" that is stuck inside the genuine mechanical brake.
Refer to the following for installation
Please note that genuine parts may be lost during the work.



(1) Remove the genuine mechanical brake cap knob from the main unit of the reel.
At that time, please check if the "mechanical brake washer" No. 23 or No. 24 is installed inside the genuine part (see the image above).

* If the part is missing, stop the work, purchase the genuine part, and then re-do the work.
* The part name for both genuine SHIMANO parts No. 23 and No. 24 is "mechanical brake washer. Each shape is different.



(2) Attach a No. 23 mechanical brake washer to the center of this product.



(3) Install the No. 24 mechanical brake washer on top of No. 23 to complete the porting.



After porting, attach this product to the main unit of the reel to complete the replacement process.
