Line roller ZERO KAI for mid-size reels
This line roller is specially designed for line capacity of PE 0.6 to 1.2.
Designed exclusively for No. 2500 to No. 4000 size spinning reels, it can be used in a wide range of situations such as egging, sea bass, bass, trout, and shore jigging.
The line can be neatly wound around the spool, which improves drag performance and greatly reduces backlash and other line problems.
It also leads to an increase in casting distance for the next cast, enabling stress-free fishing.
The popular Line Roller Zero is now available in a titanium alloy model with beautiful seven-color hardening.

How to Install Line Roller ZERO KAI Designed exclusively for mid-size reels

- SHIMANO

1. First, remove the genuine line roller and remove all contents.

Attach the parts of the line roller Zero in the order of shim BB 0.2 shim, Zero main unit BB 0.5 shim, and the genuine support plate.
When installing the line roller zero, pour MT-04 or other OIL into the BB while assembling.

3. Check that the line roller is turning firmly.
If the line roller does not turn well, loosen the screws a little.


- DAIWA

1. First, remove the genuine line roller and remove all contents.
(There may be some genuine weights, etc., attached to the weights in a hidden place.)

Install the Zero main unit in the order of 1.2 shim, BB 0.2 shim, and Zero BB 0.8 shim, starting from the bail side.
　
*LUVIAS should be installed without 0.8 shims.
DAIWA reels under 05 have the same line roller shape but different mounting shims.

When installing the line roller zero, pour MT-04 or other OIL into the BB while assembling.

3. Check that the line roller is turning firmly.
If the line roller does not turn well, loosen the screws a little.

4. 2 gram weight for DAIWA is included.
Rotor may swing when converted to 2BB.
If it swings, install a weight inside the rotor.
Caution: Be sure to degrease the weight attachment points and remove grease before attaching the weight.
(If the weight is installed and hits the spool, insert adjustment shims and raise the spool.)
