Revo 3 Enhance
Although the gear box is disassembled in the picture above,
you can replace side cover plate without disassembling gear box.
It is better to take off the knob of mechanical brake to ease your work.

Take out the side cover by appling leverage with ultrafine flat-blade screwdriver or eyeleteer.
Put a piece of cloth or tape to protect the contact area so that you will not damage or scratch your reel.
You can remove the cover easily by lifting it from various angles little by little.

The Side Cover Plate Remover cannot be used when replacing side cover plate of REVO 2013.

The bond amount that is used on the genuine plate is different depending on individual reels.
Most of the plates can be easy to be removed.
However some of them are fixed so tightly.
Please be careful not to scratch the genuine plate when removing.

Revo 3 Enhance
After taking out the genuine plate, attach an Enhance Plate.

To fix the plate, use adhesive.
Put a dash of bond or a piece of double-stick tape around the RED parts in the photo above.
Please do not use quick-drying［fast-acting］glue because it will be quite hard to remove again.
We recommend using double-stick tape first so that you can do it over again.

Please prepare bond or double-stick tape yourself.

Revo 3 Enhance
Place the plate in the right position, and press it into the bottom by fingers.
If it is loose, put some more adhesive.
