Aluminum Click Wheel for 2500C (Non-IAR Model)

This click wheel is designed for ABU Ambassadeur 2500C and 2500C IAR models. While the surface has a plain design, the backside features 12 slits that produce a finer pitch sound compared to the original part.
The shapes differ between the IAR and non-IAR models.

Note: Starting with the September 2021 shipments, the shape of the surface edge was modified to be smoother to address a contact noise issue in a small number of reels.

The material has been changed from stainless steel to ultra-duralumin, resulting in a lightweight finish.

These reels are equipped with the IAR (Instant Anti-Reverse) mechanism and use part #21908.
Some models are marked only with "2500C."


Usage Instructions

Installation is straightforward; simply replace the original part.
Disassemble and replace the parts accordingly. Be cautious not to lose any parts during reassembly.



The photos do not show the parts greased for photography purposes. Please apply grease during assembly.



Equipping the aluminum click wheel, aluminum main gear bushing and 75S high-speed main gear allows a weight reduction of nearly 20g compared to brass parts (comparison based on the non-IAR model).
