Tackle for targeting Pacific bluefin tuna over 200 kg now falls into the range of PE #15 / 300 lb leader, a situation the OK105H can no longer cover.
For the initial tightening of an FG knot in particular, anglers were forced to remove the line once and cinch it down with a large bar using their back muscles, relying entirely on their own physical strength.
This model was therefore developed on the concept of an evolution befitting the BM (Big Mouth) name, designed around the use of ultra-heavy lines from PE #10 and up while making tightening easy.
In addition to its function as an FG knotter, it is a highly versatile knotter that also works ideally as a tightening tool for MID knots and tube knots.


| Tightening Mechanism Using the Principle of Leverage (PAT.P)



By adopting a force-multiplying mechanism based on the principle of leverage, the force that opens the knotter is doubled, enabling powerful tightening.
Since tightening can be completed within the single flow of tying an FG knot, knot-tying time is greatly reduced.


| Support for Ultra-Heavy Lines



The large-diameter rubber ring, which can temporarily hold PE #15 / 300 lb leader, is twice the diameter of that on the OK105H, and the aluminum plate is 1.5 times thicker.
This is a maximum-strength design that stands firm even under the full tightening force of the force-multiplying mechanism.

Compared with a tightening posture that uses a large bar and your back muscles, this design lets you view the knot section directly from the side.
You can work while checking the degree of tightening and any twisting of the knot in real time.
