– If you need to make any changes to your order, please cancel it once and place a new order.

– Sale prices apply only to orders completed with payment during the campaign period.

– As our products are also sold on other platforms, some items may become out of stock even after checkout, in which case a refund will be issued.

– On November 25 (JST), sale items differ between morning and afternoon; combined shipping is not available.

– Items are available only while stocks last and may sell out without notice.
– Some items may be available for pre-order and will be shipped after they arrive, which may take additional time.

– For SHIMANO/DAIWA genuine spare parts purchased during the Black Friday period, back-ordered items usually require 3 to 4 weeks for the manufacturer to supply.
– While waiting, additional orders cannot be combined with your Black Friday order, even if the items have not been shipped yet.
– All Black Friday orders will be treated as standalone orders to ensure fair pricing and smooth processing.

– During the sale period, shipping and customer support may take longer than usual.

We use expedited courier services (the carrier may vary depending on the destination).

Additional charges may apply for:
  - Remote area deliveries
  - Oversize or overweight shipments
  - Shopping agent service (proxy purchasing)
  - Genuine part orders from SHIMANO or DAWA

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the courier or the customs office in your country.
