- The genuine spare parts listed on this page are not kept in stock at the time of order. Normally, it takes approximately one month after receiving your order for us to prepare the items for shipment.
Please do not expect immediate shipment.

- As a general rule, order cancellations, changes, or refunds are not accepted after an order has been placed, as SHIMANO / DAIWA / ABU Japan do not accept cancellations. This does not apply if the manufacturer is unable to supply the ordered items.

- Even if an item can be added to the shopping cart, it may still take several weeks for the item to arrive. Additionally, availability is not guaranteed.
We will notify you if the ordered items cannot be arranged.

- If the ordered part is not available from the manufacturer and the delivery date is undetermined, the order will be canceled.

- When ordering two or more items, the order will proceed as long as at least one item is available.
For example, if you order five items and one item is unavailable, we will refund the amount for the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining items. In this case, the entire order cannot be canceled.

Only if any of the ordered items are unavailable, our distributor will notify us within approximately one week. Items that are in stock typically arrive at our store within 3 to 4 weeks.
** If all ordered items can be arranged, we will not send any messages for approximately one month until shipment.

* Normally, it takes about one month after receiving your order for us to prepare the items for shipment.
