This is the bearing to tune up for professional-use. It is very suitable for a high sensitivity reel to challenge by delicate tackle.



HRCB bearing

The new technique that metal itself is hard to get rusty very much by special manufacturing method is adopted.
The bearing is resistance to salt water.
And the derusting performance is more than ten times compared with SHG.
It makes rotation feeling like silky smoothness that's quite unique to HEDGEHOG STUDIO.
That helps tough fishing situation that requires both rotation performance and durability in a high level.
It is the next-generation anti-rust bearings for Salt Water angler.

| How to choose bearings

SHG bearing : for freshwater fishing such as Bass/Trout or fishing which attaches importance to sensitivity by using light weight lures

HRCB bearing : for overall saltwater fishing which attaches importance to anti-rust effect
(Although you can use SHG bearing on saltwater fishing, HRCB bearing is more suitable because of its durability.)

| Instructions

for 1 Bearing Line Roller System

With the Genuine line roller, no bearings are installed as standard, so it is possible to add one bearing to convert it to a 1BB specification line roller.
(The 26 NASCI is limited to a 1BB specification only, as it is structurally impossible to install two bearings in the line roller.)

Improved line roller rotation reduces line twist, helping maintain line suppleness while enhancing durability and casting distance.




This is the parts configuration diagram.
Refer to the arrows to replace and install the parts.




As long as the positions of the parts to be installed are correct, the work procedure does not have to follow this exact order.
However, for clarity, this explanation describes installing the parts sequentially from the left.

Align the arm fixing shaft with the bail assembly.
From this point until the final step, holding the arm fixing shaft in place with your finger will make the work easier.




Install the roller spacer (2.0mm).




Install the line roller BB.




Install the roller bush (for 1BB).




Install the arm roller (line roller body).




Stack and install the two roller washers (0.8mm).




Install the arm roller spacer.




Install the line roller washer.




Finally, tighten the screw to complete the installation.
Please check that the line roller rotates properly.
