Shipping & Handling
  • Regional shipping fees apply based on the destination.
  • We use expedited courier services (carrier may vary depending on the destination).
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Remote area deliveries
    • Oversize or overweight shipments
    • Shopping agent service (proxy purchasing)
    • Genuine part orders from SHIMANO or DAIWA
  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.
  • We do not ship on weekends, Japanese national holidays, or during extended vacation periods.
Terms of payment
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
  • We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card, and Shopee (Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam).
  • Orders will be processed only after payment has been confirmed.
How to Order
  • Orders are accepted online through our shopping cart system.
  • We ship by expedited courier service (the carrier will be selected depending on the destination).
  • A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
Shipping timeframe
  • We generally aim to ship within 3 business days after confirming your order.
  • During busy periods or depending on order volume, shipping may take longer.
  • We do not ship on weekends, Japanese national holidays, or during extended vacation periods.
  • For backordered items, shipping will follow the estimated delivery date shown on the product page or notified via email.

Exchanges/returns/cancellations
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will verify the issue and send a replacement if applicable.
  • Returns or cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted.
  • Cancellations after shipment are not accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations due to customer preferences.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact information below.
We will provide return instructions separately.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer in principle.
In some exceptional cases (such as critical shipping errors on our side), we may offer special support.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Items returned after more than 7 days from delivery
- Items that have been modified or damaged by the customer
- Items that have been used even once
