| 10-Year Milestone Achievement

In 2024, TRY-ANGLE marks the 10th anniversary of launching its collaborative reels with ISUZU Industry Inc.
To commemorate this milestone, the brand introduces its original baitcasting reel.
Based on the ISUZU Industry Inc. BC44 series, the TC-01 is fully equipped with exclusive features such as a “7.1:1 Super High-Speed Gear,” “Double-Bearing Offset Handle,” and “Dedicated Tufflite Spool.”
This compact classic reel retains its traditional form while incorporating the latest technology available today.


| Super High-Speed Gear

Achieves the maximum 7.1:1 gear ratio possible for compact BC series reels.
With a retrieve speed of approximately 70 cm per handle rotation, it adapts to various fishing situations.


| Double-Bearing Handle Knob

The handle features a custom knob with two built-in bearings for exceptionally smooth reeling.
Additionally, unlike the conventional press-fit type, it is screw-fixed for improved maintenance performance.


| Two Dedicated Spools & Brake Systems

The TC-01 comes pre-equipped with a Tufflite spool and magnetic brake system, allowing casts under 2 g straight out of the box without customization.

It also includes a standard spool (centrifugal brake) used in ISUZU Industry Inc. BC series.
Choose the spool according to your tackle and situation—for casting heavier lures or when extra line capacity is needed.


| Drag Clicker & Star Drag Clicker

Features a drag clicker that audibly indicates line pull during a drag fight and a star drag clicker that helps prevent unintentional drag loosening.
Ensures a comfortable fishing experience without compromising the classic reel spirit.

With the Tufflite spool and magnetic brake system installed, the TC-01 weighs approximately 195g.
The use of aluminum throughout provides both durability and reduced weight.
Reduces wrist fatigue and enables more precise casting.

Some parts for the BC42 series by TRY-ANGLE can be installed without modification.
Enjoy a range of customizations that allow smooth casting even with lures under 2 g.


| Coloring

The Blue Hammertone color, considered the origin of TRY-ANGLE baitcasting reels, makes a comeback after three years.
The textured hammertone coating offers a comfortable grip and gives a classic look to your tackle.
Accented with a gold lock plate and an old concho-style medallion.
