This is the Microcast Spool "Trout Special Model" for the ABU Ambassadeur 2500C Series.
The groove has been made even shallower than the existing AMB2520R, and blanking (skeletonizing) machining has been applied to the line-winding surface to reduce the weight of the spool's outer circumference.
This lowers rotational inertia and improves casting performance with light lures. In addition, even with lures of the same weight, smooth casting is possible with less force.
Compared with the genuine spool (2500C: approx. 17.7g), this product weighs only approx. 5.8g, achieving a weight reduction of approx. 12g (approx. 67%).
*About the Trout Special Model*
The Trout Special Model is a light tackle dedicated spool developed for trout fishing at managed fishing areas and mountain streams.
Priority has been placed on improving the casting distance and casting feel of ultra-light lures, and the design deliberately does not allow a margin of strength.
For this reason, it is not suited to large trout in main rivers or to high-load fishing such as bass fishing.
Depending on the conditions of use, deformation or damage may occur. Please be sure to read "Handling of Avail Spools" below and use the product with full understanding.

| How to Use
Instructions are given using the AbuGarcia Ambassadeur 2500C IAR.
Remove the handle side unit and take out the spool.
As always, be careful not to lose the brake blocks (the two grain-like parts).
From the genuine spool you removed, take off the centrifugal brake parts and the spring (spool shaft spring) attached to the opposite side of the shaft (the longer side).
Attach the centrifugal brake (genuine, or our original 4P-Brake 25C).
*When using our magnet brake, fit the included resin collar.
Attach the positioning spool shaft spring to the longer side of the shaft.
For reels such as the 2600C Elite, in which the bearing and cogwheel are mounted on the shaft side, always attach the spool shaft spring before use.
Without the spool shaft spring, the bearing will come off the frame and the reel will not function properly.
Assembly is complete. Please adjust the mechanical brake.
If you thumb the spool using the spool rim, friction may cause the anodizing to peel off.
Please thumb on the line-winding surface of the spool.
