Item Description

VNL Is A Semi-Synthetic Ultra-Low Viscosity Paste That Establishes A New Standalone Category Within BORED METHOD DIVISION.
Developed To Utilize The Unique Characteristics Of A Paste—Neither Oil Nor Grease—It Was Created To Bridge The Gap Between Oils And Greases For Core Users, Providing A Multi-Purpose Paste Suitable For Saltwater With Both “Durability” And “Lubricity” Derived From Its Oil Film.

Combining A Urea-Based Thickener With Highly Refined HVHI Oil And Ester Synthetic Oil, VNL Forms An Ultra-Low Viscosity Semi-Synthetic Paste. Its Texture Resembles THETA Grease While Retaining Viscosity Similar To THICK HEAVY Oil. Although The Urea Thickener Gives It Grease-Like Qualities, Its High Oil Content And Viscosity Provide Oil-Like Behavior, Creating A Smooth, Robust Oil Film With Minimal Separation.

As A Substitute For Durability-Focused Oils Such As BSLU Oil, NEMEA Oil, And THICK HEAVY Oil, VNL’s Adhesion And Anti-Scattering Performance—Similar To Grease—Enhances Physical Durability And Oil Film Performance Beyond Those Oils. At The Same Time, It Improves Upon Low-Viscosity Greases Like THETA By Adding Oil-Like Chemical Adhesion And Additive Effects, Providing Wide Applicability With Rust Prevention And Friction Reduction Properties.

Although It Has No Strictly Defined Recommended Applications, Users Can Adjust The Feel By Varying The Amount Applied. Despite Its Light And Smooth Viscosity, The Paste Spreads Evenly, Maintains An Oil Film On Vertical Surfaces, And Demonstrates Superior Shear Resistance And Oil Film Retention Under High-Load Continuous Sliding Compared To Other METHOD Oils And Greases.

As With All METHOD Products, Only The Highest Quality Materials Are Used, And No Chlorine Compounds, Heavy Metals, Or Solid Additives Such As Teflon Or Molybdenum Are Included, In Line With The BORED METHOD DIVISION Policy.
