If we were to describe the SPERAR 64 in a simple way, it would be a "top-performing" finesse rod. It delivers high performance in any field.

The power range is L+.
The bend curve that follows obediently caters to a wide range of light games.

The most important aspect we considered for this multi-piece finesse rod was "being capable of anything." We finished the rod to accommodate situations that are generally expected in light games that use monofilament lines of 3-5lb and PE lines of 0.3-0.5lb.

We primarily tested the rod in bass fishing.
The rod can handle bottom rigs, such as downshot rigs and neko rigs, as well as mid-level fishing, such as mid-stroke.




The most distinctive feature of the SPERAR 64 is undoubtedly its lightness.

Anglers who take the rod in hand will all exclaim, "It's light!" in unison.

The perfect balance created by the slightly longer grip length gives a feeling of agility that makes you forget it's a multi-piece rod.

We particularly focused on the feel when the reel is attached.

The SPERAR 64 deliberately did not adopt a telescopic system.

This is because we determined that prioritizing the lightness of the feel and balance is the best choice for the ultimate light all-round model.

The power setting, L+, is also designed with plug fishing in mind.

Unlike typical light rig rods, the tip of the SPERAR64 is not extremely soft, allowing you to handle plugs with resistance without stress.

For plug fishing, it is recommended to use PE 0.3 line.

You can comfortably handle plug games such as minnows and topwater lures up to about 8g.

For spoons, a weight of about 2-6g is optimal.

Since SPERAR was developed based on the BOTE-A 62S, the big brother of the TRANSCENDENCE spinning series, it also inherits its casting distance.




As we continued to focus on developing bass fishing, we found that it was also compatible with saltwater light games and freshwater light games.
It can be used comfortably in games that use PE0.3 line.
It is also suitable for mebaru plucking and heavy jig solo ajing.
It has the power to handle unexpected sea bass or hirazuki within the strength range of the line.
In freshwater, it will be able to handle general plucking using small plugs, including trout, throughout Japan and around the world.
