Double Bearing Idle Gear for the BC62/72 Series

The “integrally molded high-precision idle gear” fitted as standard to BC42/43/52 series reels made in 2021 or later reduces drive loss, increasing casting distance and giving a smooth casting feel.

The “Double Bearing Idle Gear” is a genuine ISUZU custom part: the first integrally molded high-precision idle gear for the BC62/72 series, machined and fitted with Minebea open-type bearings on both the front and back.

Because you can cast with less force than before, accuracy improves.

You can also approach from a greater distance.
