[For SHIMANO] Line Roller 1BB Bearing Upgrade [A-TYPE]

(Required Parts)
- Line Roller BB x1 (SHG-740ZZ or HRCB-740ZHi)
- Roller Bush (for 1BB) x1
- Roller Spacer x1

Smoother line roller rotation makes line twist less likely, keeping the line supple and improving durability and casting distance.




Loosen the screw and remove the internal parts of the line roller.





Replace the Genuine parts outlined in red with the custom parts outlined in orange.




First, install the bearing into the roller bush.




Next, attach the line roller body. Pay attention to its orientation.
Install it as shown in the photo.




The roller bush will protrude slightly from the line roller, so fit the Genuine ring firmly onto that section with no gaps.
It may feel slightly tight when attaching the Genuine ring, but it will “snap” securely onto the bush.




Install the line roller body and roller spacer onto the reel.




Finally, tighten the screw to secure the assembly. If the line roller rotates properly, the installation is complete.
